LIAM retreats provides a platform where stories can be shared and celebrated.

Potomac, MD (PRWEB) February 16, 2012

From February 24 – 26, poet, speaker, attorney and mountain hiker, Mozella Perry Ademiluyi will host her acclaimed international retreat; “Discover the Power of Your Story”. This event will be held at Ngong House – an exquisite, nature-based property just outside Nairobi. Mozella believes that story is a powerful vehicle for both personal and professional growth and development. The retreat is a platform where stories can be shared and celebrated for all of their variety, uniqueness, and commonality to help women achieve and sustain healthy, focused and fulfilled lives — the complete self. When you add the influences of nature’s majesty, Mozella orchestrates what she calls “pure, creative magic.”

Mozella was recently asked, “Why Kenya and why now?” “Kenya is like going home,” she responds. “I spent six years of my junior and high school education there. My environment has been a culturally rich and international one since I was nine years old when I first moved to Uganda. One of my primary goals is to provide creative space for “global women” to recognize and share the power of their individual and collective stories, and to use that power to create exciting new chapters to intentionally impact their own lives and communities in which they live. As the new world emerges, these opportunities and connections are both essential and timely.”

According to Debra Kahn, an attendee at the most recent Washington, DC area retreat, “The Discover the Power of Your Story retreat brought me into a room of beautiful women from different backgrounds and parts of the world, each with their own set of experiences, story or visions. I had the opportunity to put down my cell phone and my computer and then by listening to these women, focus on myself, my feelings, my goals and my story. I left feeling validated, deepened and ready to walk forth into 2012.”
